WEST WING - COMPLETING Q4 2025
Quick Updates:
Power Lines: Now live and operational.
Facade: Low-level brick slip system fully completed.
Landscaping: Hard and soft landscaping works are progressing rapidly.
Acoustic Fencing: Installed
Interiors: All apartments are complete, with only minor snagging and carpet installation remaining on level 8.
Final Touches: Decorations are advancing smoothly.
TRANQUILITY EAST WING - COMPLETING Q4 2026
Quick Updates:
Facade Works: Steel framing is progressing on levels 4–6, with windows installed on levels 2–3. Insulation, render, and brick slips are advancing in completed areas.
Roofing: Hot melt finishes are underway on lower roofs, while single-ply roofing and insulation are being installed on high-level roofs.
Internal Progress: Partitions are moving forward rapidly.
